The Walk of Salt: go through all the stages from the Salt Pan to Cervia

Do you know the history of the Walk of Salt?

A walking route that, from the Cervia Salt Pans, winds through the hinterland of Romagna to the Tuscan hills, following in part the ancient route of the Via Romea Germanica, arriving in Rome.
This route has origins dating back to the Middle Ages, when salt workers made the first pilgrimage to Rome with the intention of paying homage to the Pope with the white gold of Cervia.

Families, couples, friends: this is a cultural experience open to all, and no specific athletic ability is required to take part.
